Shipment processing time

Peninsular Malaysia: 3–5 working days.

Sabah & Sarawak: 7-14 working days.

All orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Calculates shipping fees based on parcel weight and dimensions provided by the seller, as well as the rates of different logistics partners.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our preferred delivery partners are: Pos Laju, GDex, Lalamove .

Kindly note that delays in delivery can occasionally occur, especially during peak sale periods.

To view shipping updates for your orders, go to To [Profile] > [Order History] > Select order number > View order shipping updates. 

Damages

Maxshop is not liable for any product damages or losses during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Customer service for claim.
